Westbound at The Works - Development Initiatives

Westbound at The Works is the first multifamily component of its 80 acre, master-planned mixed-use neighbor The Works, located in Atlanta’s Underwood Hills neighborhood. Its location puts it at the intersection of West Midtown, South Buckhead, and Vinings/Smyrna. These 306 for-rent units are contained within five stories that wrap a parking deck providing additional parking for residents, visitors, and retail patrons. A variety of 1- and 2-bedroom plans were built for rent at the 3.8-acre site.

Westbound at The Works offers a strong and competitive set of amenities, highlights of which include a large multi-purpose co-working space, expansive pool deck and courtyard, top of the line fitness equipment, and a spacious open-air TV lounge and clubroom – all overlooking the site’s one-acre communal grounds known as The Camp. Westbound hosts a walkable environment adjacent to top restaurant and retail users alongside neighborhood amenities and active greenspaces – all set within a historic formerly industrial setting. Selig’s Westbound at The Works was accomplished through a joint venture partnership with national developer GID to build Westbound at The Works, and the property is operated and leased by RangeWater Real Estate. The project was designed by local architecture firm Rule Joy Trammel + Rubio.
