As the first phase nears completion, Selig Development is laying the groundwork for the next chapter of The Works, its 80-acre mixed-use development on Atlanta’s Westside.
Planning is underway for the second phase of The Works, according to the development arm of Selig Enterprises, one of the largest landowners in the city.
The Works is the largest redevelopment based on land-use in the city. The overall project involves the restoration of several industrial buildings into over 2 million square feet of commercial space, in addition to the construction of several new components. Selig has owned the land for over 75 years.
