Chief Development & Operating Officer

As President of Selig Development Company, Baile oversees Selig’s commercial, residential, and mixed-use development platform. Co-founding Selig Development alongside Scott Selig in 2014, Baile is recognized as one of Atlanta’s leading developers whose dossier accounts for over seven million square feet of commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments and acquisitions.

Most recently Selig and Baile delivered three new towers in Midtown including The Epicurean Atlanta Hotel, 40 West 12th Condominiums and 1105 West Peachtree, home to Google’s 505,000 SF Southeast headquarters. The Works, a mixed-use 80+/- acre development is beginning its second phase on the heels of delivering the 305-unit multifamily project Westbound at The Works. Selig continues to work on several mixed-use, office and multifamily projects in the Southeast.

Baile’s leadership represents in excess of $4 Billion of development in the Atlanta region since 2000.

A graduate of Auburn University, Steve’s professional and civic associations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Atlanta Apartment Association. Additionally Steve serves on the Board of Directors for Midtown Alliance.
