Kathy Young

Director, Lease Administration

Kathy Young has been with Selig Enterprises since 1987 and currently serves as Director of Lease Administration. In this role, Kathy leads the company’s Lease Administration team in improving systems for more than 1,000 leases in the Selig portfolio, paying particular attention to those leases’ financial impact throughout their term.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. She is a mother of three children and resides in Coweta County with her husband, Brad.
