Hunter Lainhart

Vice President, Development

As Vice President of Development at Selig Enterprises, Hunter Lainhart leads multifamily, mixed-use, and retail development initiatives across the company’s footprint in Georgia and Florida. Since joining Selig in 2018, he has played a key role in projects exceeding $1 billion in development, including the landmark mixed-use property 1105 West Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta and the visionary adaptive reuse project The Works in Atlanta’s Upper Westside.

Before Selig, Hunter was part of the finance team at Intercontinental Exchange responsible for acquisitions, including the purchase of NYSE Euronext. He began his professional career at KPMG performing tangible and intangible asset valuation for the firm’s Fortune 500 clients.

Hunter is a 2020 graduate of LEAD Atlanta. He has served on the boards of several local non-profit organizations including Trinity Community Ministries and Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia. He holds dual B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Georgia, where he also served as captain of the men’s swimming & diving team. He later earned his M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
