Selig Enterprises hires Partners Real Estate to unlock value of its Midtown land holdings

Atlanta Business Chronicle – Selig has hired Partners Real Estate, an upstart brokerage led by John O’Neill, to represent Selig on its Midtown land holdings and to serve as the exclusive leasing agent at 1105 West Peachtree, the trophy office tower in Midtown anchored by Google.
