Rockefeller Group has formed a joint venture with Selig Enterprises on the Atlanta real estate company’s new 64-unit Midtown luxury condo tower 40 West 12th.
The announcement comes as the tower is scheduled to top out on the 19th floor in early August. First move-ins are expected in the third quarter, 2021.
Rockefeller Group is a brand name in real estate development known for having the original vision for Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan. The more than 90-year-old company, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estates Co., Ltd., has one of the largest development pipelines in its history.
