60 11th Street - Past Projects

60 11th Street is the fifth tower of the multi-phase Selig Midtown masterplan. The high-rise complex is a $101-million tower in the heart of Atlanta’s bustling Midtown, complete with 320 multifamily rental units, and 15,000 sf of ground-level retail. The project broke ground in summer 2014 and was completed in the fall of 2016. 60 11th Street complements 77 12th, its sister property, with added features and amenities of the already successful 77 12th property, thus creating a dramatic double plaza for an unprecedented deck top, including pools and recreation areas that overlook one another.
