About the Property

Near the intersection of Roswell Road and I-285, City Springs was completed in 2018 to provide a centralized core for the booming northern Perimeter hub of Sandy Springs. The public-private project was developed through a partnership between Selig Enterprises and Carter, and injected more than 35,000 sf of retail and restaurant space alongside 295 residential units. Additionally, a state-of-the-art 95,000 sf City Hall and a 1,000-seat Performing Arts Center were built to house the growing city’s government and civic facility capabilities. Nearly a third of its 14 acres are dedicated green space.

 

Design of City Springs was managed by RJTR and Rosser International. Contractors Brasfield and Gorrie and Holder Construction executed the build.
