Years in the making, a boutique community of Poncey-Highland townhomes that claimed what used to be Manuel’s Tavern’s main parking lot is coming to market.

Despite a citywide shelter-in-place order in light of coronavirus concerns, Engel & Völkers Atlanta reps report that 550 North Highland, a 16-townhome Selig Development project, is still expected to see its first units delivered this summer.

The three-story offerings, built by Monte Hewett Homes, will average about 2,400 square feet with three or four bedrooms where North Highland Avenue meets Williams Mill Road. Prices are expected to range from the high $700,000s to mid-$800,000s.
