Leasing Representative

Kimberly joined Selig Enterprises, Inc. in 2021 as a Leasing Representative, originating new leases and renewals for Selig’s 3.6 million square foot retail portfolio alongside Mindy Selig and Shirley Gouffon. As a Leasing Representative, Kimberly works on a portfolio of approximately 30 commercial assets encompassing over 1.9 million square feet. Here she is dedicated to cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all parties in order to ensure successful, mutually beneficial deals.

Kimberly first got into real estate back in May 2013 as an intern for a local Developer in Atlanta, while studying for her BA in Business at The Georgia Institute of Technology. After her 5-year tenure working in finance/accounting, and leasing, she decided to transition into the brokerage world.

In 2018 Kimberly joined JLL as a Retail Advisor for the Retail Agency Leasing team. As a Landlord Leasing Representative, Kimberly focused on delivering best-in-class merchandising to JLL’s esteemed clients including Newport, Carter, MetLife and OliverMcMillan by focusing on creating lasting community experiences. Being able to specialize in landlord representation allowed Kimberly to deliver value to retail property owners by facilitating transactions with leading restaurateurs, merchants, and unique entertainment concepts.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys traveling, equestrian, golf and of course, exploring new retail and restaurant concepts. She is also involved in Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and a member of ICSC and CREW.
