Ruth Crittenden

Associate Vice President, Development

As Associate Vice President of Development, Ruth leads the planning and execution of development projects, overseeing design coordination and managing construction from initial planning through completion. She remains involved during the transition to property management, supporting teams post-delivery to help ensure smooth operations.

Since 2007, Ruth has managed development and construction for more than $2 billion in metro Atlanta commercial and mixed-use projects, including 1075 and 1065 Peachtree, 77 12th Street, 60 11th Street, Buckhead’s Rocca and Vallate and 1105 West Peachtree. Her work has contributed to the delivery of approximately 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space, 200,000 square feet of retail, more than 1,100 luxury residences and nearly 600 hotel rooms. Prior to joining Selig, Ruth spent over 20 years in construction management with a major general contractor.
