Patrick Girard

Vice President, Investments

Patrick Girard serves as Vice President of Investments, where he is responsible for evaluating development and acquisition opportunities, structuring debt and equity financing, and managing lender and investor relationships across the company’s commercial, residential, and mixed-use portfolio. He has played a key role in more than $800 million in Selig-led developments, including 1105 West Peachtree, 40 West 12th, Epicurean Atlanta, The Works, and Heartwood Powder Springs. Prior to joining Selig, Patrick was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on multifamily debt and equity underwriting for commercial real estate lenders and investors.

Patrick is a member of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2026. He is also an active member of NAIOP Georgia, where he currently co-chairs the Philanthropy Committee and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Future Leaders program.

Patrick graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in Economics, where he was a four-year letterwinner and two-time captain of the NCAA Division III men’s lacrosse team.
