We’ve got word that Nexus Distribution has leased 75k SF at 120 Declaration Dr, a 300k SDF distribution center in McDonough. The company’s brokers: Lee & Associates Brett Chambless and Dave Pals. Duke Realty Corp’s Wes Hardy repped the landlord. It’s the latest in a surge of bread-and-butter industrial activity. David Mitchell and Associates inked a 53k SF, seven-year deal at 601 Interchange Dr in Fulton Industrial. In that one, Oliaro Commercial’s Matt Oliaro and King Industrial’s Randall Bryan brokered the tenant while Selig Enterprises’ Kent Walker (above) repped the landlord.
