Yolanda King
Director, Property Management
Yolanda M. King, CRRP, serves as Director of Property Management at Selig Enterprises. Her main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company’s assets as well as providing leadership to a growing team of property managers within the company. Prior to joining Selig Enterprises, Yolanda began her career in commercial real estate as an accountant before moving into various property management roles that gave her experience in managing multiple asset types. She has been involved with multiple phases of asset life at Selig Enterprises including new development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Yolanda completed the ICSC Management training program in 2007 and earned both the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation and the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation in 2019. She also completed the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta Leadership program in 2012.
In addition to her dedication to property management, Yolanda is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women; Atlanta Chapter (CREW), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and CRE Women of Faith Atlanta. In her spare time, Yolanda is an avid tennis player and member of the United States Tennis Association and the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association.
Yolanda attended Georgia State University where she received a B.S. Degree in Accounting.
