Mindy Selig is a Co-Owner and Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing, and is part of the fourth generation of the Selig family to be involved in the business. She is responsible for leasing Selig’s 4,000,000 square foot retail portfolio as well as being active in many other aspects of the day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Selig in 1997, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Branch Properties where she focused on Landlord and Tenant representation.
Mindy’s specialty is in curating experiential, urban mixed-use developments focused primarily on community. Today, her greatest accomplishment is The Works, an 80-acre mixed use, re-adaptive project which is the vision of her late brother, Scott Selig. The development recently was awarded Best of Atlanta in the mixed-use category. Some of Mindy’s other notable projects include City Springs, a public/private partnership with the City of Sandy Springs, and reimagining both The Block at Phipps and Ansley Mall.
In addition to Real Estate, she is passionate about her involvement in the community and sits on boards including The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, The American Jewish Committee and Camp Sunshine. In 2022, she was named Atlanta Magazine’s “Woman of Influence” and has been accepted into the Leadership Atlanta class of 2024. Mindy’s greatest love is her family!
