Jean Sims

Director, Property Accounting, Reporting, and Risk Management

Jean Sims began her career with Selig Enterprises in 1986 as an Assistant Lease Administrator and currently serves as the Director of Property Accounting, Reporting, and Risk Management. Over her nearly 40-year tenure, Jean has developed lease administration policies and procedures to improve the overall function and efficiency of the company, including but not limited to multiple large software implementations and upgrades.

Jean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a certification in Insurance and Risk Management. Having spent her entire professional career with Selig Enterprises, she is proud to have celebrated her 30^th anniversary with the company by receiving the company’s Employee of the Year Award in 2016.

Jean has been married for more than 34 years to her husband Wayne, with whom she has 4 wonderful children and 2 granddaughters. When not in the office you can find Jean volunteering at church, exercising, or spending time with her family.
