Palmetto Park Square - Development Initiatives

Palmetto Park Square is a 195,000 square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in the heart of Boca Raton, Florida. It has been owned and operated by Selig Enterprises since 1983 and is home to a mix of national and local tenants dedicated to serving the surrounding community.

Our Vision

The reimagination of Palmetto Park Square seeks to create a refreshed retail experience for surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy as a community gathering place as well as a new segment of walkable and transit-focused for-rent residences to meet Boca Raton’s growing demand for housing.

The redevelopment will retain a mix of local and national retail tenants while also integrating better with the surrounding neighborhoods through investments in public greenspace and improved bike and pedestrian connectivity.

We deeply appreciate the commitment of the Boca Raton community and recently hosted informational meetings to discuss the evolution of Palmetto Park Square with our valued tenants and neighbors. We were joined by over 100 attendees and were pleased with the feedback we received regarding the impact of the redevelopment.
