Palmetto Park Square - Development Initiatives

Palmetto Park Square is a 195,000 square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located in the heart of Boca Raton, Florida. It has been owned and operated by Selig Enterprises since 1983 and is home to a mix of national and local tenants dedicated to serving the surrounding community.

Our Vision

The reimagination of Palmetto Park Square seeks to create a refreshed retail experience for surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy as a community gathering place as well as a new segment of walkable and transit-focused for-rent residences to meet Boca Raton’s growing demand for housing.

The redevelopment will retain a mix of local and national retail tenants while also integrating better with the surrounding neighborhoods through investments in public greenspace and improved bike and pedestrian connectivity.
