Dennis is the Assistant Director of Property Management and has been with the company since 1993. With a BA from St. Meinrad College, Indiana, and a twenty-five year career in construction and facility management, including an eight-year term with General Electric Medical Systems, Dennis initially joined Selig as its tenant improvements construction manager. Today, with a team of five property managers, two administrative assistants and a field team of twenty-five maintenance personnel, Dennis manages the day-to-day operations of maintaining 9 million square feet of property occupied by over 1100 tenants. A transplant from Chicago in 1965, Dennis has resided in Gwinnett County since 1981 with his wife and three children.
